Always paid late was never paid for overtime totally illegal. Owner is in tons of personal debt so any money the company makes or down payments for machines will vanish. Blames employees and customer's for all his problems. Debt collectors call daily whole place operates on maxed out credit cards. We had suppliers' lock accounts for non payment makes it impossible to complete jobs with no parts, even the Sparkletts guy took our water for non payment. Owner is in complete denial. Even with all that I Honestly wish the owner the best not inherently a bad guy just desperate to keep the business going.
