I took my dress here my wedding dress last minute to get it altered, which she accepted when I picked up my wedding dress the day before my wedding she completely ruined the front of my dress. She stained it with an iron and steam on satin so when I confronted her about it, she denied it said I brought it to her that way, and I told her no you’re lying you ruined my dress, you know it wasn’t there when I tried it on and she kept denying it. I told her I have pictures of the dress before I brought it to you and it did not have a stain. I even had a witness with me telling her so she said she also had a picture which she did not show me then she took me to the back to see how she ironed it, which she did she didn’t deny it then she put out a little bit of steam from her iron and I told her that’s what ruined my dress she shouldn’t have done that , It discusses me that someone like that can ruin something special the day before my wedding I had to go out and buy extra material to cover the front of that dress which I shouldn’t have I wanted a refund and she said no no refunds. It made me sick to my stomach. Don’t ever take anything and value to this place. Don’t ever go here. No one‘s wedding dress should be ruined. If I were to get it cleaned there’s a good chance that it’s too late, because of the color differences and satin that she left and then when I walked out, she closed her gate on me. She stained the front of my dress with the iron and steam make up…my bag that was holding my wedding dress was ruined about unprofessional.

I went there to get a seat cover strap fixed for my car ... OUTSTANDING SERVICE......she was very nice- respectable,and did an AWESOME JOB ....I would definitely use her services again

I had 2 dresses altered- the sleeves shortened, shoulders taken up and the length shortened. Excellent work. Completed on time. Very friendly. It's very nice that she is open 7 days a week from 10 to 7 (except Sunday, opens at 11). She only takes cash, and up front. The mall is so quiet, no problem finding parking and no crowds to deal with.

Great service, fast turnaround and reasonably priced. I needed alterations for a heavy, sequined gown and we were able to figure out the best way to make the needed adjustments on a complicated dress. The pick up process was seamless and my dress was ready on-time. Now that I’ve found a quality, reliable seamstress, I’ll finally bring the bag of clothes that’s been waiting for alterations!

I dropped off my work pants to have the length shortened and the hem on the side of the pants brought in. During the fitting they made sure I was happy with it before pining them in place. My pants were done in a timely matter and there prices were fair. I will definitely be going back.

The lady that was there was EXTREMELY RUDE! I had 3 summer dresses that needed a simple hem. She quoted me $35 for each dress. These were simple dresses. She basically told me that if I didn’t like her price I could go somewhere else and this was all be fore she even seen the others 2 dresses. I believe her business is a front for LORD KNOWS WHAT…..any true business person would have conducted our interaction in a more professional manner.

I highly recommend this business! The seamstress owner is so kind and she does impeccable work! She also did it in time for when I needed it done. She’s a real professional, this place is a gem! Love the way my skirt was finished. Thank you so much!
