If there is possibility to give less than 1 star i would have done that. Wasting job seeker job means they are pro in that by scheduling multiple round and they will say like as if they will release your offer letter in hour but after multiple rounds they never come back so please don't attend interview for this company.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with XXXX (he didn't introduce)for the Senior AWS Devops Engineer role at Quinnox in 2nd round, and unfortunately, the experience was less than positive.

Firstly, the interviewer appeared disorganized and unprepared, which led to a fragmented and confusing discussion. Questions seemed haphazard and didn’t align well with the job description, making it difficult to understand what specific qualities they were looking for in a candidate. Additionally, there were significant delays for join(20 mins late) and between questions and a noticeable lack of engagement, which left me feeling undervalued and uncertain about the role.

Moreover, the interviewer's communication style was quite off-putting. There was a distinct lack of professionalism, and at times, their responses came across as dismissive. This created a challenging atmosphere that did not foster open dialogue or allow for a meaningful exchange.

Overall, the interview process was frustrating and did not reflect well on the company's commitment to a positive candidate experience. I hope that Quinnox considers addressing these issues to improve the process for future candidates.

Not a LGBTQA+ friendly work place.
Gay men are forced to resign from employments through repeated harassments at work place. Though reported to the HR Team, Filed complaints in Begur Police station, no actions taken so far. No improvement in the policy.

Harassments from man to man, from woman to man were experienced at QUINNOX BLR Office about 2+ years, though it was reported every time it happened.

QUINNOX should support every LGBTQA+ employees on EQUALITY, EQUAL Opportunities by Making QUINNOX BLR a better work place for everyone. #LiveLetLive

Don't waste your time by attending interviews here. Cleared all three rounds and waited for almost a month after that they said like client is aborting the position Which is very hard to agree. They should respect others time too.

Worst experience with Quinnox. I would never suggest any experienced candidate to join this organisation because if you are with good knowledge and skills and they will create u as a dumb. The management is very poor. People with poor leadership quality have become manager. For freshers it is OK but they will treat everyone like slaves. no manager support, I had a worst manager who is one sided and always supports only one girl in team. Lot of politics and full partiality. Thank God am moved out of this now.
