Hello everyone, I like this Bank, customer service is perfect, In this bank branch, there is a manager named Nastaran, who is highly knowledgeable and very helpful to other people, as well as an employee named Mina, who is also a very pleasant person and helpful to customers.

This bank location has one of the worst customer service and wait times... And what's worse, they haven't improved ever since with each visit. I give it two stars because only their ATM machines do it right and never disappoint. I also think their lobby ambassador is useless. I hate coming inside, and I do everything possible to get it done online or by phone.

I do not use BofA personally. I am here for work business and hate it.

WOW! I should have READ the reviews BEFORE I wasted my time coming here. I think I need to find a new bank. The teller was very nice & unfortunately B of A says they still offer notary services, you just have to book an appointment. And unfortunately good luck finding an appointment? I looked through the app & every location said no appointments available. BofA has a focus on profits over customers.

Long wait and poor service. Came in with an appointment and still had to wait for 23 minutes. Then a staff talked to us in a rude manner. She asked if we had an appointment and what did we want. However, we had checked in at the front desk already. She could just check the system and see the purpose why we need to be there. Anyway, this bank didn’t value me as a customer. Think twice before banking at this branch. It’s waste of time.

Please do not go here unless you want to be frustrated. The cashiers are rude and slow. They have 10 managers just standing around doing nothing.they say they have a business line but just skip over you until you complain. It truly is horrible. The security guard is always on his phone, you could walk in with a jetpack on he wouldn't even notice.

Came to this branch cuz it was close to my work, needed to withdraw and my atm card was deactivated. I dont have the new card yet, 6 people in line and it took a total of 7 minutes from start to finish. Yes I used my iPhone timer…Tania the teller greeted me warmly and I explained what I needed. NO problems at all, got my money and left. Thank you again Tania…

I would have giving them no star if there is a choice ! We have been a long time customer of Bank of America (20 + years) and has never encountered such rude and unprofessional customer service! Ms. Aureoni F. Diego-Walton and “ Abril “ who claimed to be the branch manager ( she refused to give me her last name) refused to provide their services of notary after we questioning them why they are not able to notarize our Trust account . We have used Bank of America to notarize the same documents at different bank branches many times. It is shocking how they treated their “ preferred “ customer! We are considering to discontinue our account with them but I will definitely report them all the way up to the upper management.
