John Courtney and his team. Have helped me with two issues that I regrettably was at fault for. They are the best and made it sting a lot less than it probably should have. 11/10 recommend the team at vegas ticket fix and though I hope I never need them again, if I do get stupid out there, John Courtney and Vegas Ticket Fix are my first call

Went in to get a traffic ticket fixed and it was a simple experience from beginning to finish. As soon as I walked in, the lady handling the tickets greeted me courteously from her office and she answered all my questions, plus the rate I was quoted for fixing my ticket was cheaper than every other place I had visited so far. They managed to reduce my ticket to a non-moving violation with no points and they even reduced my fine a little bit which I was prepared to pay in full anyway since North Las Vegas Court are a blood-sucking bunch. But anyway, I am pleased with their work and communication. I would definitely recommend.

Paid $150 to fix simple speeding ticket. 78 mph in fast lane of freeway, are you kidding me. They did nothing. Not dismissed, not reduced. Had to pay full fine so I paid for nothing. Worthless!! Go somewhere else. 0 stars!!!

They were successfully able to get one charge dismissed (being on cell phone at red light) and changed speeding ticket to parking violation. 0 points on my license. The court date kept getting pushed back because of COVID, but they were awesome at communicating this with me and responding to my emails really quickly. It was super affordable and as a teacher, I really appreciate that. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I reached out to them when I got a b.s.. speeding ticket. I sent them all the details of what happened and paid my $50 retainer. They were super easy to work with and got it knocked down to a parking ticket. I would highly recommend using them they are always polite and helpful when you call them as well.

Cool, paid $150 to be represented. The case was resolved and ended up with the amazing ruling of….. paying my original fine in full of $195 on top of their fee.

Do yourself a favor and just go to the ticket website and click pay ticket. It’ll be faster and cheaper.

I'm 35 and got my first speeding ticket! My fine wasn't reduced. Apparently, they won't fight for you in anyway. Traffic school doesn't apply to me so they did very little for $150. Wish I just drove out to appear in court.

I would give them 5 stars for customer service. I called them a day before I had court and they appeared for me the next day.

My husband had a pretty hefty ticket and they were able to reduce it to a lower payment plus it did not affect his driving record. They were very communicative both through email and phone when I had questions. I definitely recommend them. 🙂
