I strongly advise that you thoroughly research any attorney you consider hiring for your case. I encountered this firm while searching for legal representation for a tenant eviction. Initially, Bita Goodman appeared responsive and genuinely concerned about assisting my family during a stressful time. However, once I paid the flat fee, her professionalism and responsiveness significantly declined. Both she and her team became unresponsive, frequently ignoring or failing to return my calls.

Despite multiple requests, Bita Goodman did not provide a detailed account of the work she claimed to have performed, nor did she engage with the landlord as required. When I sought a refund, given that she had only contacted the landlord briefly and infrequently, she refused to comply. To this day, I have not received a breakdown of the work performed.

I strongly urge families who are budget-conscious and seeking competent legal counsel to avoid hiring Bita Goodman or anyone from this firm. My experience with their service was extremely disappointing, and I felt abandoned and misled throughout the process.

Changing my review from 5 to ONE star and would give negative stars if I could!!! I called here for advice and was given advice that costed me $4k!!!! When I call back they’re rude and tell me that I should declare bankruptcy to make it go away by paying them a flat fee of $2500!!! LMAO what a joke!

Over $4k And the funniest part is this joke of a lawyer was saying that everybody is declaring bankruptcy and it’s the in thing to do. Not even joking…… this place has to be an absolute scam

Bita Goodman is the lawyer you can trust. I tried with other lawyers but no one gave me an answer. until I called Bita and she gave me an answer, she treated me as if she already knew me and the steps to follow to solve my case. I got lucky that I found her to be my lawyer definitely I recommend her if you need a lawyer don't search for no one else she is the one who will help you get out of your legal situation

Bita Goodman save me from moving my store to another location, by saving me hundreds of dollars of rent for offering to negotiate my new lease agreement. not to mention getting turn down over the phone by other real estate firms that don’t even deal with commercial buildings.
