There's nothing worse than being put in hold when you need help with an issue. Recently My Choice Software delighted me. In purchasing and installing new software I ran into a few roadblocks...nothing was going as it should have been. I called for assistance and on the second ring a human answered. What luck, and on top of that the friendly customer service tech solved my issue in a very reasonable amount of time. Further issues arise and within a two hour period I spoke to two other techs, each of whom was patient, friendly and expertly solved my problems. I'm older and not exactly skilled with computers, but the each talked me through until every issue was solved and my new software was humming! Thanks so much to My Choice.

After verifying that this company is legitimate and very responsible, I ordered Office software. I worked with Jake, Finn and Cat in resolving pre-loaded issues that Microsoft embedded on a new laptop. Ordered the Windows upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Once the correct file was sent ( they sent the wrong file originally) I downloaded it but need tech support to get it running. It is working fine. The two tech support people I dealt with were excellent. Would buy their products again.

I bought an upgrade to my ancient operating system at a very reasonable price. Had some issues with the installation process and sent a note to the support group asking for help. They got back to me within an hour and offered a secondary method to install the software. Worked perfectly. I'm very pleased and will purchase from them again.
