The cashier James was too busy on his phone to tell me which register to go to so when I got to where he was he said “oh I’ll get you at this register” what I was carrying wasn’t the lightest object. And then we was waiting on him to hit the button to finish the transaction while we already had our card inserted because he was still on his phone. Other people in the store was helpful but would limit phone use at register especially when there is a customer.

I bought a product from the Greensboro, NC store as a Christmas gift. The product that I wanted to buy was not what the store employee gave me. This was on December 3, 2024. The gift was opened on Christmas Eve and we realized that it was the wrong product. Understanding the store policy on returns I drove the 40 miles to the store and explained what had happened to the Manager, Dianne. She was very patient and and listened to me. After listening to what happened she honored the return and let me exchange the product for what was intended to be purchased. Great customer service. I just wish they were closer to where I live.

I was very impressed with Zach in archery. Bought my daughter a bow and accessories. Zach guided us through the whole process, from selection to setup. I had very little prior knowledge, and Zach did a great job of answering all my questions. Highly recommended.

About what you'd expect from an outdoors retail store. I shopped, but didn't buy anything. Maybe if I come back I'll catch a sake or something to make it worth it.

Guns--typical retail price.

Ammo--ok prices. Not competitive but they did have a large selection.
