I think Copper is the best CRM choice for Google Workspace users because of its unmatched and seamless integration within that ecosystem. It doesn’t matter how many features a CRM promises if you never actually use it. With Copper, I can do about 75% of my CRM work right from my inbox, without even needing to open the app.

Copper is not perfect, but it is perfectly simple. While most CRMs do similar things, Copper stands out to me by meeting me where I am, rather than forcing me to go to it. This simplicity avoids feature paralysis that too many other products create, which often leads to not using the CRM at all. When I do need more power, the integrations with hundreds of third-party apps make it relatively easy to add extra functionality.

I recommend it for creative firms like ad agencies, commercial film production companies, digital marketing houses, and others in the client-driven service business.

Beware of their annual billing, as they refuse to prorate a cancelled subscription!

They do not respond in a timely manner. When you reach out regarding a issue, they are slow to respond and their response is very vague. Although this CRM has some automation, the automation in other areas could use some work.

Shady company. Stay away. We had a subscription with them, attempted to cancel, but still charged an annual fee. There was zero use of the account for over a year. We asked for a refund, and the company refused. There are plenty of other CRMs out there. Choose another one!

From initial onboarding to full implementation, the Copper team has been nothing less than amazing! They are personable, professional, helpful, resourceful, and most importantly, dedicated to ensuring our experience is excellent. They're also very receptive to feedback and seem to genuinely appreciate any suggestions relating to how they can improve their offerings and operations.

In terms of the software, Copper is the epitome of user-friendly, especially when utilizing the Copper CRM for Google Chrome Extension. It's so easy to add new people, companies, and opportunities directly within Gmail and the automated insights that are gathered simply by opening up an email are a huge time saver.

I recommend Copper for any and all companies, especially those who use Google Suite and/or want the ability to customize nearly every aspect of the CRM process.

Their development techs seem open to suggestions for improvements.

Biggest hurdle is the reporting functionality, which is not yet being refreshed in real-time, and has some quirks.

This is an amazing CRM, it integrates so well with Google Apps! I see a few reviews that say customer service was not good, that was not my experience, all my questions about integrations, suggestions for integrations and questions about using the CRM were answered through their email support same day.
We've tried just about every CRM out there and this is the best so far! I love that it has customization, and the sales pipelines are clear and has customization too. We just finished our 14 day trial and signed up for a year with Prosperworks under Professional version so we get the Mailchimp integration. It's not cheap but it's still less than most of the other CRMs which didn't even meet all of our needs. This is literally an answer to our prayers for a Google integrated CRM!
