I had a small business design my child's graduation announcements/invitations. It was so easy to upload them to the Avery website and use their tools. I received an email later that same evening saying that they found an error in the design and they sent me a proof of the fix they would recommend asking me to approve or decline the fix. I approved the fix and they shipped out the next day. From the time I uploaded the design to the day of delivery it only took 5 days! They turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Avery and I will be back for my small business needs as well!

I just purchased two sets of Avery 11431 Print and Apply Labels at OfficeMax. This product is absolute junk and should be discontinued. While Avery describes it as "Easy Apply" it is anything but. It is virtually impossible to easily remove the labels from the backing sheet and apply them to the dividers. I easily ruined half of them. The written instructions are poor and the help video doesn't even cover how to remove the label strips and reapply them. I would have returned these in a heart beat but was up against a deadline. Avery products are usually good; this one is an embarrassing exception. Very frustrated!

Absolutely terrible. They messed up a year ago, and did not follow through as promised. Ordered again last week and paid rush. On day it was to be delivered, notified they had a problem, it would be sent the next day and they would "give a 5 percent refund and shipping charges." Next day, same story. Incredibly, two days late, received an email the order was actually shipped and I would receive it "next day." Did not happen. Checked their website, it says status is in production. Unbelieveable. Have already gotten labels from a competitor at a lower price. Have directed my people to order nothing of any kind that has the name Avery on it.

It is impossible to download avery template 18663 without being forced to either upload a toolbar I don't want or to pay $ 30 to buy winRAR to extract the file.

In calling AVery headquarters I was advised to call Avery Brea in California. In calling that division I was electronically informed that the "call did not go through". Online I found out, that the label-part of Avery was sold 3 years ago to a Canadian firm.

I will not buy Avery ;labels anymore.

not the best printing from this company. i got some clear film labels with white backing printed. the results were only ok. for the cost the results should have been spectacular. they were not.
I do think this place can do good work. I would suggest multiple proofs. which will be costly. def shop around!

Terrible. Can't order labels online with item number, phone numbers are not working (says number is busy, try again later (), chat bot says I've contacted them after hours at 1pm PDT on a weekday. Apparently the whole system is down. Taking my business elsewhere as this is a thoroughly useless waste of time.
