We receive our materials timely and to a high quality. All the containers are clearly marked, material constraints are very good, and Haizol's packing list is the best we have seen compared to other vendors providing parts to us! If only our other suppliers were as reliable, thank you!

This company has to be a scam. It is not possible that I have explained for seven times to these people that we can’t use their service. We don’t sell the items they are offering and they keep calling as if they don’t understand. I am convinced now that Haizol is scam. A serious company would not do that.

We used Haizol in 2018 when we decided to outsource our manufacturing overseas to lower our overheads and costs. It was our first time outsourcing out of Europe, Haizol were very supportive, and ensured we found exactly the right fit for us. Needless to say we were happy with the result and they continue to supply for us now.

The rudest people are their sales people who are calling from Asia to see if we would like to outsource our manufacturing to them. I said we would never outsource any projects outside the United States. She proceeded to call me a liar and I proceeded to write a review. No American company needs other countries product's that are produced here. Leave America alone we need jobs here.

Do not trust this company.

On June 12 2020 we signed a contract with a supplier through Haizol for 300 units due to arrive in Nov 2020. We sent them an $8729 deposit. They never did the job. Only after hiring a lawyer did we get back $7976.26 two hundred days after the project was due. Haizol was no help. We lost months of time. We lost the project. We did not get a full return.

Sure, Despite delays due to COVID, we were kept up to date with regular updates on our order progress. It ended up beng around 3 weeks over schedule, but given the forced closure and the situation worldwide, this was a delay we could accept and we knew Haizol were doing all they could to minimize the lead time. End result = high quality products. Would we use Haizol again? Definitely
