Hello my name is Michelle and I’m posting from the Sacramento area about hot tech repair so I experienced my first encounter with the shop when my boyfriend‘s phone a Samsung galaxy had some damage to the front screen and we called around. We went to the Arden Mall, and after dealing with aggressive people in the mall that would not take no for an answer and shops that were pretty rude. I came across this shop through Google and I was very delighted to talk with the older brother named Dario on the phone and he must’ve heard how distressed I was because just the phone call alone he was able to quote me an excellent price, and it was cheaper than the rest a little more inexpensive not by much, but it was the sincerity and concern in his voice that got me to come into the shop. I went to the shop on Fulton and was able to meet the younger brother Roman. This is a brother duo that had this small shop on Fulton in a very nice strip mall area and Roman was able to take the price quote that his older brother given me and fix the phone in less than an hour . The customer service that was given there was excellent between the two brothers they worked perfectly together. I felt that my needs and concerns were met, and the phone was fixed. He even went above and beyond and told me about other issues and took extra time with the phone. I was very very pleased with the first visit …….. well fast-forward a week later after New Year’s I have a iPhone 14 that I had dropped because I had had an aftermarket case and I had shattered the back well I went straight to the shop before I had to be at work and I was able to meet both brothers at the same time and see them work together they remembered me right away from bringing in My boyfriend’s phone and they were able to quote me on a factory glass piece for the back of my iPhone and an aftermarket piece. I chose to go with the factory piece which was not too much more expensive and I went and sat in my car took a little nap, and the phone was down in less than an hour. once again, excellent customer service seeing the dynamic of the brothers work well together and their own business was very nice to see, and I highly recommend this place. They are a dynamic duo, and I really appreciate their business and their concern and attention to detail for fixing the phones and customer service, this is a great shop and you won’t get let down. I’m extremely satisfied and will go back for all my cell phone/ technical issues!!!!
