I cannot recommend Excel enough. I brought in my laptop with a broken charging port, and Corey was very open and honest about exactly what was needed and exactly what it would cost. Every step of the way I felt that he was being perfectly honest with me and even told me up front that other places could do it cheaper, but that it would take longer. I stuck with them, and I'm glad I did. A couple days after I got my computer back, the soulder broke on the fixed port (due to a missing piece in the casing from the original break, not the work of the techs) and they were happy to not only fix it, but reinforce it so that it wouldn't happen again. I have been blown away at every turn, and I will not go anywhere else. It is well worth the pricing for both quality of work, customer service, and speed. To the team of Excel, you guys are fantastic, phenomenal, out of this world, and absolutely amazing.

Could not be happier with the service I received and I could not recommend this place enough! My computer fans were making a lot of noise, and my frame rate was really bad so I came here to fix it. From the moment I walked in the man at the front had the problem diagnosed with in a second and on top of that he was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The fans I needed were expensive because I own a gaming pc and he went over the cost of everything with me. Even gave me suggestions on how to fix it for cheaper altho some of his suggestions didn’t even involve me giving him business witch is always a great sign. At the end of the day after he ran through the price of everything and why it cost what it did I decided it was best to leave it up to him and I wasn’t disappointed. He kept me updated throughout the evening, updating me when he found out that the fans that were ordered were an upgrade from the original ones. I just picked my computer up after only about 2 hours and it’s running way better than before. They even gave me my old fans back and explained to me why they failed. Again 10/10 to them, I never leave reviews but after the more than perfect service I received I felt that I had to!

Excel Computers, Martin Dean has rescued us from computer insanity many times this year! Our Deco System for Wifi is the best and Martin is a saint in patience & kindness with us !
(Older Generation/computer illiterate) Cory and Ashley have been my go to help for my car/multimedia issues when out in town and have also been patient and kind and very helpful!

I have been going through a nightmare situation with a fairly new desktop &, laptop, and wifi issues in my home. Corey at Excel did an excellent job of helping me work through my issues. During all this, the battery in my laptop overheated and swelled up. I was very lucky that Excel discovered this before the battery exploded and caused a fire. I lost my original laptop, but Corey rebuilt a new laptop for me that was better than the one I had and half the price. Excel is always honest and upfront with their prices. I won't hesitate to return to them for any problems I have. If you've never bought a refurbished computer, give them a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
