I went from no commercial experience in data science to making full scale predictive models, with top level mentors in cutting edge technologies. I was also given a strong foundation in developing my interview and career skills.
When it came time to move on, I wasn't treated like a product. I was advanced when I was ready, and they made the job search and interview process incredibly straightforward, with someone I could always call for advice.
Where I was applying to twenty job openings and getting no responses, I had five to ten active opportunities at any one time. I came in being rejected for 75k offers with no room for advancement and left with a 110k offer in an industrial data company with some of the best benefits around and a promising career trajectory.
Advice -- It is a lot of hard work and personal growth, but the final three months is an amazing amount of professional development. Stay in touch with your peers, build professional relationships, and communicate your needs to management. They genuinely want to help you achieve the best future possible.

Fake company, whose sole purpose is to scam people. They try to scam by sending offer letters for a position at their company to people who have never applied or interviewed. They then try to have you send picture of your ID and other sensitive info. They also request that you buy a computer and other office equipment and say that they will send you funds. This is a common scam where they send you a fake check, and then ask you to send back a portion of the funds.

They spam me with emails and refuse to tell me where they got my email from.
And judging by the way they blasted another reviewer and spewed their history with the company, I would have sued them into oblivion.
This is a scam. Report their emails.
Edit: in response to the reply I received, maybe do not create 100 different lists people have to unsubscribe from individually. And some of us aren't even job hunting. Thanks, poptart.

This program is entirely geared up to help people get jobs in tech, and it does it very successfully for candidates who invest the necessary full time effort. No doubt it’s expensive, as some have noted it’s comparable to a year’s tuition at a university. But what university programs don’t do is the intensive interview coaching and marketing of candidates to potential employers. This final process of coaching and getting candidates lots of interviews is what makes all the difference, and what makes this program well worth the cost in both time and money.
Before doing this program myself, I’d had some experience independently developing with Java. When I set out to try getting a job as a software engineer, leveraging my experience with Java, I had a rude awakening about just how difficult it is to break into this industry professionally, especially with a non-traditional background. I wasn’t entirely sure about the SynergisticIT program myself when I first came across it, but I invested some time scouring the web for reviews and feedback, and I got a good enough feeling about it to take a leap of faith. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I pursued the machine learning/data science track. The training/upskilling portion of the program ran for 6-7 months. It demanded a full time commitment, which I took seriously, and in the process I built a portfolio of projects and became conversant in the field. This was followed by a couple more months of intensive interview coaching where my newly-developed expertise was tested again and again and again. The final phase was the marketing, where I got help getting my resume optimized, and then had interviews set up for me almost like a factory line, where it was up to me to make a good showing using my training and all I’d learned. I almost always had at least one interview on any given day, often two, sometimes even three. After about six weeks of this, I got an offer at a financial services company for a machine learning engineer position, with an annual salary of nearly $130K. Needless to say, I took it.

I thought I should put a 5 stars rating for them, but since I don’t have experiences with the others in the same field as comparison, so I go a bit conservative in the rating.
First, the cost looks high compared in the market, but it is not that high considering $10,000 upfront and the balance of $20,000 conditional, and the conditions are very satisfactory for those who seek a starting job in their career journey, especially for those just graduating out of college without the real-world experience in the field.
Second, I don’t believe in being stingy is a good way to deal with it when you purchase something, especially those sophisticated, since if it is cheap, how could they make it good or more valuable than the others?
Third, I know closely someone who took this program and thereafter landed a good job in the field, after around 4 months of completion of the program. So, it’s not that easy or straightforward for that 4 months period of anxiety and struggle of interviewing after interviewing, which also tells that the person’s determination or confidence or abilities in general is important as well, in addition to good training and stewardship received.
I appreciate SynergisticIT greatly and wish them the best!

Totally a waste of time and fraud organisation with its boiler rooms in Ghaziabad ,India. They call you and you to pay 30 grand in return of grad level courses. Their CEO will try to manipulate you into buying their program. Kindly don't fall in their trap. They also take false legal actions against their employees if they try to speak the truth. If they call you just hang up on their face. It's a SCAM

A complete and total scam. They do not stop spamming you with these "Job Opportunities" emails with salary promises that are clearly too good to be true. If you look at all the 5 star reviews, none of these people have made other reviews before and are likely fake.
Promises of H1B, remote work, large salaries. All in order to get you to try to sign up and take their course. Not a real job, don't give them your information.

I had heard about the high cost of SynergisticIT, which made me a bit apprehensive about the program. But having completed the program now, I don't regret spending the money. I liked that their courses were not very easy and covered a lot of things. They include a lot of assignments and project work where you apply your learnings. Plus, their placement support team is very professional. They know their stuff. I remember giving back-to-back interviews until I finally got an 87k offer. If you can afford their program, make sure you join them.
