Their team is very knowledgeable and always responsive no matter how large or small of an IT issue or project we may have. We have been using TekSoft for more than 5 years now and would be hard pressed to change vendors! Incredibly helpful! I've been at my job for about 6 months now and they've promptly addressed any and all problems I've had. You'd think that having your tech support remote would be inconvenient, but send them a few pictures and talk to them on the phone for a couple minutes and your suddenly a tech genius by proxy. And if the issue is too big to handle remotely, they don't hesitate to travel an hour to our office to address it.
