I have done business with UVT for a couple of years now and the customer service is top notch. Being a first responder and the chief UAV pilot for my police department, Sometimes I need products right away. They are always there to make sure that I am taking care of. In fact, even recently, there was an issue with an order that was taken care of in fine style. Kayo went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. I also want to thank Jarret for listing to my issue and taking the time to see that I was also taken care of. I highly recommend UTV for all of your UAV needs, especially in the law-enforcement world.

Using drones for work? These folks are THE one-stop-shop.

We use Drones for Public Safety purposes in Southern Missouri. UVT has been our goto for a few years now. The amount of first hand knowledge they have provided to us was amazing. They are always patient and have the ability to dumb it down for those of us who don't understand all the specs drones have. You want honest and fair sales call UVT. Kyle Naliborski is our sales guy and he is a loaded with good information.

Contacted UVT with a strict budget due to reviewing a grant for our police agency. Tony is the most knowledgeable dude out there when it comes to drones. I told him what I had to have and what the number was. Not long later I received a copious amount of boxes that contained drones and accessories that exceeded all expectations. Ive never called Tony where he didn’t answer or call back immediately. Superb customer service and superb knowledge of products. I will never use or recommend another company when it comes to drones.

Our electric utility is very happy we found UVT. We wanted to advance our drone program and were searching for help from an expert in the field, we found UVT in a google search and gave them a call not knowing what to expect. We couldn't be happier that we found them! Matt was very patient and answered all my questions on the first phone call, even though he had no idea who we were or if we would ever call back. We continued to discuss our project for a few months until our budget process was complete, always getting the answers we needed to keep moving forward. Finally, we made the leap and purchased new drones to use at our utility for line inspections. UVT made the process easy and shipping was fast, we had them in a few days. The best part of the project, on our first day in the field just learning how to use the equipment we ending up finding two issues that would not have been detected without the drone. The thermal camera picked up a bad insulator on a main feeder line and we were able to make the repairs without any outages. We would highly recommend UVT and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
