Have been using these guys since they started offering assistance with home tech and network issues.
I am fairly tech savvy, but whenever I come across an issue I can't solve myself, I reach out to them. They are right on the ball, usually have the issue resolved for me on a matter of minutes.
I would never think of looking elsewhere for assistance with fixing problems, I have never thrown a challenge at them that wasn't resolved quickly and neatly.

Seriously LOVE NavTech! I am NOT tech savvy and seem to be the definition of Murphy’s Law. So, my BIL referred me to them (before they were officially NavTech) and I can’t tell you how many times they saved me. They have helped resolve things so efficiently without making me feel lost in tech jargon. They are so quick to respond, (literally within minutes) and always results in seamless resolution.
