Not very impressed with the ppl who answer the phone. Very rude individual who didn’t listen to a word I said when I called. Was very unprofessional and abrupt. Hope one day she’s in a position where she needs help and someone does her the same exact way.

They will help you and the lady in the front of very helpful. But with some people, they will wait as long as they can or the max time to send a payment for assistance. I was told the awards an amount, they have a certain amount of time to pay, but they could basically change their mind and not pay between that frame until they have fully agreed to pledge the amount to the utility company.. which is stressful.

If they decide not to. I could be facing a bill over 500 dollars, which will include late fees and services possibly being disconnected.

Always very helpful. Two of my children have attended their Pre-K program and each time I’ve had a pleasant experience. They are friendly every morning and every afternoon. Most of all my kids never wanted to leave.

Truth I have been waiting for going on a month they have lost my paperwork had to take it all they way back online people don't text back they never call back ha e a kid in heat like this is know joke and lose in your place is not at all bill was only 75 now is 3 something and have to pay another 200 deposit because they have taken so long come out to 507.58 and they still haven't called still haven't cared at all use they lady in they front to just keep saying I gave they message but they lost my paperwork then some one text on line say it's pending because of they same paperwork I turned in I even have it video record of me turning it in twice and of emails from them and they light company just dont care it seems like at least I hope thats not they case because I just got my son back this is a big set back but God say wait I'll wait even if they have broke ever rule of there web site and I have proof of all that
