RyanRudolph is a 'rockstar' !

1st off, he responded to my Q within 15 minutes - though the SLA is clearly 24hours. This meant he actually read my initial request and understood my concern.

Then, he was able to offer nearly immediate remote assistance with screensharing. It wasn't his fault i had waited until the 11th hour to solve the difficulty -- yet he clearly understood the urgency and responded appropriately.

He offered a several creative ways to solve the problem and did all this with patience and good-humor.

First of all UpCurve has helped me in my Google Suite apps I use in my business for years, and their low cost monthly fee has paid for itself many times over. I don't request help often, perhaps a couple of times annually. But when I do need help, it is critical. UpCurve assigned me a specific tech named Ryan Rudolph, and he has been amazing. First of all, he is super-fast in getting back to me. Second, he ALWAYS solves my problem and is highly professional. I recommend UpCurve to any business, who like me, does not have an IT department.
