After seeing them laying line on our street (close to Northside High School) last year, I eagerly signed up for more info. I've been on their "Waiting list" for over a full year now. No updates. Not a single contact attempt from them. Just checked today and there's STILL the same "coming soon" message I saw in 2023.

If this is the speed and level of service their offering to potential customers, I cant imagine the quality for people who are customers. An update of any kind (or better yet, flipping the switch) would be incredible, guys.

After several days of streaming television getting increasingly more buffering, I called Dobson on Wednesday may 29th.
I had replaced my router earlier that day since I knew it was a few years old, and I was assuming that it was issue because service had been increasingly getting worse.
The first tech told me he would escalate the ticket but did not effectively tell me what that means
When getting off the call with him, I immediately called back to get an understanding what was meant as escalated ticket. That technician explained that a more advanced technician would get a hold of me to correct the problem.
As I got off phone with her I had immediately another tech call me, he ran some test and assured me that thier equipment was reading fine and the router I had purchased was not set up properly. It was after 11 pm by this time and my alarm goes off at 5am for work so I decided I would try to get router working the next day after work.

Day 2 I went through installing new router again, and confident I had it installed correctly, my smart TV kept telling me I was connected to local network but that internet was not available. I put my old router back on, and the message on my TV was the same leaving me to believe that the issue is prior to the router.
Day 3 was Friday 5/31. After resetting my router I had internet service for several hours, so I incorrectly assumed that Dobson had corrected the issues, later that evening my service froze up again, as it was Friday evening and I decided I would call in the morning to follow up.
Day 4 I called the tech support number and as I was on hold the tech ran a test and informed that he saw multiple problems on thier side and once again my ticket would be escalated and someone would call me back. Since this was a Saturday I was very Inconvinced but not totally surprised when I did not recieve a call all weekend.
Day 6 was Monday morning when I called back and once again I was told that my ticket would be escalated. I turned on the sound on my phone which I normally don't do during my workday but I was expecting a call. That call never came.
After leaving work i stopped by the local office to follow-up on my service call but It had stormed in afternoon and appeared as if they had power issues and closed early
so I again called for technical support.
Once again my ticket was escalated, but while I was on hold with technician, I recieved a phone call. Not wanting to chance dropping who I was speaking with, I did not answer.
My voice mail indicating this was another technician trying to reach me and for me to call back to the technical support number. When I did I reached some else who again told me rhat he would escalate ticket and reach out to tech to call me.
As I was typing this review finally a tech reached me and said he would come by house tomorrow. Which would be 6 days, 7 phone conversations, 1 trip to office, and 1 voice mail since ordeal began before i was told i would receive in person technical support.
With the exception of 1st person who I spoke with, who tends to mumble, everyone has spoken with me professionally and has came across as if they are trying to be helpful it just seemed as if thier process of coordinating customers in person repairs been a real issue.
There really is no way for customer to reach out to find out if there is plan as to when repairs are going to happen.

This is a great company!! We are very pleased with the service and not to mention how much money we are saving each year by switching to Pinnacle Telecom. Wish we would have switched sooner. Just give them a call and they will come out and give you a quote. You wont be disappointed.

Good service most of the time but their Gigabyte fiber often was only giving me about 300-700mbs. Rarely would I get the 900+mb I was paying for. I had called the customer support and they said that was just the way it was and that even though I was paying for 1gb it was to be expected I would get somewhere around 900mb at most, and they had said as for the low speeds at times, it was related to service demands and busy times. Best service in Booneville, AR area in my opinion still despite these issues.

I have been using their Residential Fiber Internet service for 6 months now, and can confidently say it is the best experience I have ever had with an ISP. From the time of installation, I have had exactly 0 issues. Consistent down\up speeds as advertised, and the one interaction I did have with customer support during installation both in person and on the phone were fantastic. Support a local company that employs local people and cares about their local customers; and they provide a fantastic product! I can confidently recommend their services to anyone.

Pinnacle Telecom has been absolutely fantastic as an ISP and Voice Service provider for the district I work in. I trust them to feed our network over 7,000 users on a daily basis with a 2gbps symmetrical fiber link and SIP trunks for over 800 handsets. I contacted them about switching my service and they said they were going to get back with me but after 3 weeks, nothing! They're a great company and very knowledgeable but not updating me is unacceptable, that's why I gave three stars. If they would have contacted me and told me the answer to my question then they would have received 5 stars.
