Edge does an excellent job at keeping my business relevant, and my employees are very happy with the additional incentive. The name-specific reviews are also a really great way to share positive feedback with my team and use in testimonial posts on our social media platforms. Roxy is our account manager, and she is AMAZING! Roxy knows the platform inside-out and answers any questions on the spot, and she really understands how the tool enhances our business performance. She reminds me of features of the tool we should be utilizing, and she wants to make sure our employees are redeeming their bonuses. Thank you, Roxy and Edge!

Timber responds quickly and I make a lot of money on reviews. If one or two is missing , they fix it and credit me with screen shots that I send. Timber is very good at her job and responds quickly. I love Edge. 6 stars.Don't bother them on weekends, they have lives. You will get credit for your weekend reviews later.

Everyone at Edge is super friendly and helpful. Yasmine in particular has been a great help. The software has integrated really well with MindBody and staff has fixed it so "arrivals" will cue review requests as well. We are still figuring out if the cost makes sense for us in the long term, but they are a great group and the software works as promised
