Fresh and delicious! I had the chicken basil sandwich which was light, flavorful, and fresh. The potato chips were nice and crispy had me wanting more. Using quality ingredients and great service makes this food truck a MUST TRY! Definitely looking forward to trying more off the menu.

I have eaten at My Sweet Basil several times since I moved to Canyon Lake and I’m finally getting around to leaving a review. Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged perfectly. The owners are super kind and courteous and take a lot of pride in their creations. I highly recommend My Sweet Basil for anyone who wants a delicious burger, sandwich or a nice taco.

The food here is well beyond what you would ever expect not only from a food truck, but at the lake. We love all kinds of things here, including the fish burger or the regular burger or the BLT the chicken basil sandwich. Frankly everything here is absolutely amazing and whatever you do watch out for the potato chips because if you order a bag you’re gonna eat the entire bag even though it’s enough for three settings - in theory. The ingredients are the freshest I’ve ever had and they do something magical to the bread. Fact, I don’t even know why you’re still reading this review. You should go over there and order immediately.

This place stood out for me when I was looking for healthy options to eat.

The outdoor seating is covered with fans and water misting. Some pretty chill music in the background and a shelf with cooking books. The staff is friendly and courteous. It's a great atmosphere!

The food was brought to our table, and a water bowl was provided for our puppy. There are pet potty bags stationed under one of the tables.

We had the blackened salmon sandwich, grass-fed beef burger, and coconut water. Both were cooked really well and taste so good that we went back the next day.

First time coming here and I had to leave a review on this place. The quality on every single ingredient was really fresh. I got the Italian and house chips. Best Italian sandwich I’ve ever had! The chips were soft yet crisp. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu

So excited I got to finally try out this place today. Very friendly owners. Beautiful spot in Canyon Lake. I got the burger, and it has to be the best bite I've had all week... Dare I say, best burger I've had in Texas 🤤 I'm looking forward to trying more items!

My wife and I have never had better sandwiches with fresher, better paired ingredients. Vernon and Co. would stand up to any competition anywhere. Oh, and the soups! (BTW, I’m not one who readily gushes over dining experiences.)

Top notch delicious food. Friendly talented chef. Clean, cool vibe. We had the Mahi Mahi tacos & burger w/ chips. Fish was fresh & full of flavor. Burger was juicy & well seasoned. Can’t wait to try more of the menu options.
