Worst company ever please avoid them at all cost . A Redlands plumbing company recommended this company. Everything was fine in the beginning seemed professional and answered questions very fast. I had a water leak under my sink put a humidifier and took all the wood that was damaged as a result my sink collapsed were a family of 8 I reached out to Joel C. Letting him know what his guy had done this happened Thursday night I send him pictures and said he will take a look at it. He stated “ I swear to you that is not a common occurrence well fix it.” Everyday was a new lie I got busy I’m sorry I had an emergency he didn’t show up to my house till Monday at 715 am just being super apologetic and My entire family was left without a sink because of the lack of common sense that if you remove all the wood that is holding up the sink it might occur to you that it’s will collapse . I have to buy a portable sink out of pocket and instead of fully taking responsibility they only want to pay for half of the Installation of the $120 that a plumber was going to charge to install to this day they never even gave the half.when my adjuster spoke to the plumber they were using he gave the adjuster a complete different version costing me my claim being denied my kitchen still not fixed 4800 invoice from American restoration License #1071576 plus air tech environmental 1800 and on our last conversation to Joel he gave me his usual dose of lies I’ll talk to the owner the owner doesn’t answer he doesn’t reply to text messages completely ghosted me avoid this crooks at all cost avoid your self a headache 🤕 and hire dependable professionals

Thank you all American. Not a proud moment but I have had to use them twice. One flood in the kitchen and one time in the bathroom. Both times they came out immediately (literally one hour after finding the flood) to get the equipment up and running. Both times I worked with Joel and Robert. Both of them were so extremely helpful and patient with me. I am that annoying customer super worried about mold due to a child’s medical needs and they went above and beyond to work through everything to make me feel comfortable with the process. Not only that they really showed up for me when I needed to walk insurance through or take me out of being the middle man between insurance and the company. That was so helpful to me in such a stressful time. The work is always clean which is so nice ( they build barriers to keep dust maintained and clean cuts and work). Joel and Robert came back often to check readings and both of them were available via phone for my many questions. After my first flood, I had no hesitation in calling them immediately again with the second. Travis the owner is also very helpful and friendly. Floods suck - no doubt about it - but if you can find a company that keeps your families safety a priority when coming to fix it, you found a winner & that’s what I feel about all American. Joel from all America restoration came in and handled things like a boss
It was awesome. I was having a rough time with the flood in my house from a previous company and Joel came in and contacted my adjuster for me very persistently and made sure they weren’t cutting corners. Honestly this guys just loves what he does and know all the ins and outs. It was cool knowing my insurance company wasn’t gonna take advantage of me.

This place was referred by bob the plumber, they came out within a few hours after the plumber called them on such short notice. They have been consistent with helping me to get this place dried and up and I appreciate the help that I received with them demolishing the area. They left it clean and dry. Thank you to Gonzalo for helping me to keep me in the loop with when they would do the readings for the moisture and thanks to the demolition guy who did the work in 1 day and was great!

Our experience with American Restoration was nothing short of amazing. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with. From helping us with our bathroom flooding issue, the call to the insurance company and start of claim with the insurance company. He addressed all any questions or concerns we had he was always available. It really made the process very seamless and very efficient. Joel was outstanding throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

When we had a toilet overflow at our house, the plumber called Joel Carriere at All American Restoration. He explained our problems clearly and walked us through filing an insurance claim. He told us exactly what needed to be done to fix our problem correctly and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Best customer service ever!

These gentlemen, Justin Riehm, Joel Carrierem did really good work at my house, on top of everything the work detail, on what's expected to happen. I had pipes broke, flooded 3 rooms, kitchen bathroom, and one bedroom. We called Mr Rooter, and they recommended these gentlemen after they have fixed the pipes they also were very good at their work there was a robert, and Nathan. I don't know their last names but them and their crew did very well they did good.

The day of our breached waterline all American restoration came out. Joel did a fantastic job with his evaluation and walking us through the claim process. He came back Every day to check on the drying process. The demolition crew came in remove cabinets and baseboards, etc. Now we are waiting for the restoration crew to come and put the kitchen back together. So far so good.
