We had eBiz build our mobile app. A week before our app was released into the Google Play and Apple stores, an app with the same name and utility hit the app stores in India. Our user base started downloading the overseas app in India and we had to pull the app we paid eBiz to build to protect our name and integrity. The management at eBiz said they had nothing to do with the app in India where they also have businesses. It was a loss of nearly $100,000 on app development that we paid eBiz. We found it curious that they did not know how the Youdle India app came to be, since we made up the name of our app and it was a total copycat of our app. We were able to kick Youdle India out of the app stores. RUN!
