Came here yesterday at 4:30pm with a couple bags of plastic bottles. The 2 employees were packing up, shutting things down, and when I approached they told me they were closed already despite their opening hours being till 5pm. They both had this tone and treated me like I was weird for not knowing this “fact” and showing up there.

Dude, I checked the hours on my phone after parking my car, 90 seconds before approaching you, and *your* business page said open till 5pm that day. You literally had signs saying “OPEN” hanging right there a few feet away *while I was talking to you*. Who’s really being weird here

This place just rips you off! I had been coming here for a min and I used to always bring the same amount of cans/bottles and I used to make 30 something dollars then it kept going down lower and lower and lower. Until I just decided to stop saving my recycles altogether because it wasn't worth all the hassle. Plus their equipment is all super dirty and raggedy. I found a new place that's closer to home and I'm so happy now.

CW here, I put that there because they know that I think they're the best. I've been going to this location for close to 5 and 1/2 years. Sometimes I'd even go two three times a day. Sometimes I would find myself driving there as fast as I can and I would get there at 4:55 or close to it. Guess what? If they let you do your recycling last minute, isn't it safe to say that there will be more people to show up and say since you did it for him, You should do it for me. and take the responsibility to just accept that you are not going to make it and therefore you should come the next day. It's that simple. What that is is entitlement, it runs rampant in California.

6/17/2 - Went there today and got there a few minutes before 5 pm, as traffic and too many red lights held me up. I have an iPhone so the time is very accurate. The guy told me he was closed, he was already closing up and told me he's leaving at 5 pm. That is not how business is done or change your closing time to either 4:50ish or when I feel like it! I go here because it's the closest place I could find. If I find another company that treats me better, then there is no business from me anymore!

Not enough orange baskets for non-glass and the worker came over to say we couldn’t use the plastic barrels (which was all that were available) and they were closing in 4 minutes. He then emptied two orange baskets, pointed to them and said, “You said we didn’t have any baskets!”

We’ve been here before and had great service.

This place is a dump. They have too few baskets, and they are in really poor condition, especially the ones for glass. I’m convinced they don’t give you the full payout, undercut you. Won’t be coming back here.

Always good energy there. Usually there are plenty of netted baskets will & organize your recyclables. They put first name & last name in the computer, sign your receipt. Then cash in hand.. Thanks! 🙌🙏💰
