After getting several quotes for our condo refurbishment , we decided to go with Built to Perfection. Daniel Aghaee, the project manager, listened to what we wanted to do and gave us solid advice before coming up with a completed scope of work. Daniel was responsive and organized and sent us a very detailed timeline with a payment schedule. When a few change orders were suggested, these were also done in writing with a price attached. We were out of town during the remodeling process and Daniel sent us pictures and kept us informed of the project status. The work was completed on time and for the proposed price with the few change orders. We were very happy with the painting, new floors and baseboards, and the condo looks beautiful thanks to Daniel and his team.

When it was time to redo our bathroom, I got quotes from a few contractors, and part of the reason I originally went with Built To Perfection is because they were so organized and professional from the get go. Roi made an appointment with me and showed up on time, gave me a detailed quote in writing and followed up with me since it took a while for me to get moving on the project. When I decided it was time to move forward, they had a very detailed agreement for me to sign with everything laid out clearly. When I requested any change of work it was in writing and the payment schedule was very reasonable. I also hoped that the fact that they were so professional would result in a great remodeling experience, which turned out to be true.

From the moment we started with Built To Perfection everything flowed smoothly. Roi and his team were all wonderful and treated us like a top priority - with great communication and all the work was done beautifully and as scheduled. Everyone on the Built To Perfection team was also lovely to work with. Not only did they complete the project within budget but they also met my deadline early, which was important as we had family visiting for the holidays so we really needed the bathroom- but they did it despite the fact that I put them behind by a week when I couldn’t decide on tile. This has been the best experience I have ever had with remodeling, and I have a list of projects that I can’t wait to work on with Built To Perfection! We will never work with anyone else again, they are that good!

I hired Built to Perfection to put in a large paver patio area in my back yard. The final result is gorgeous and I am extremely happy I had it done.
Daniel, the PM, helped me every step of the way - from where it was located, to what materials were used, and suggestions that elevated the look of the finished project.

Love my new kitchen remodel! Tyler Cruz (Project Manager) and his team turned our outdated kitchen into a beautiful state of the art galley. Since we were going to gut the kitchen I checked out possible designs using AI technology and looking at hundreds of kitchens on Pinterest. It was overwhelming. We had an idea of what we wanted but needed some professional advice. Built to Perfection offered a designer (nominal cost) to help with the layout. Max, the designer, did a great job! He suggested tall display cabinets with glass doors that would showcase my favorite possessions. In addition he suggested adding a narrow column of built in shelves for wine storage next to one of the towers. Although the completed remodel took longer than expected (and what remodel doesn’t!) I am so happy with the end result. Loved working with Tyler. He is patient, resourceful, responsive and very down to earth. Oh, and our knotty alder cabinets! Love, love, love them. Custom made. Great carpentry. Just so happy with the outcome!

Kitchen pantry remodel. Had approx. 20 sq. feet of ‘found space’ from a closet where the furnace used to be. Since the extra space was adjacent to the existing tiny pantry, I decided to knock out the wall that separated the two spaces. I now have a walk-in pantry! Project manager Tyler and his team were outstanding. On-time and professional. Tyler listened to my objectives, gave sound advice and coordinated all the work. He was always available to answer questions, and strived to go above and beyond at all times. Highly recommended Built to Perfection.
