This guy… okay, seriously, this GUY! HE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, he’s got spunk and a great personality. He’s hilarious. But as far as what you’re probably looking for (or else why would you be here?), look no further. You’ve found your guy. You’ve found THE guy.
He went so far above and beyond his job description to help me, I’ve never experienced such top-notch service with ANY business.

I needed his help because I had bought myself a little Chromebook but lo and behold, it would not connect to my work’s printer. It was actually a blessing it wouldn’t connect, I know that now. Because I had to then call on David. He couldn’t get it to connect either (and I believe this guy can do anything) and so he then helped me pick out another Chromebook that IS LIGHT YEARS BETTER and only 5$ more than the one I’d bought! He totally set the whole thing up for me (and connected it to the printer😊), too, of course. I feel like I’m in good hands, you know? I know I am!

So here’s what had happened: I had had surgery and so was immobilized and my Chromebook was like 1 day past the return date. He wanted to try and exchange it ANYWAY and so the man came to my house in Reseda to get the box for the old one, my work to get the cord for it and then trekked over to Best Buy in Northridge and got the manager to return my Chromebook and exchange it for the newer WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better one. He has literally saved me from SO MUCH hassle and inconvenience in the future. David, you are THE BEST. I cannot thank you enough. You made my life so much easier and really helped me when I couldn’t help myself. What a guy.

These last few months I have had so many issues with my computer. Our company had to Data Migration, and everything went downhill from there. ABI has been amazing through the whole process. I have become friends with all the staff lol. The last person who helped me was Johonny and he is AWESOME!!! He took care of my issue right away and even laughed at my dumb jokes. Pablo and Hamilton came in ready to work and early! They were punctual, patient, and adept at handling unexpected challenges with ease. With moving desks, junk removal and everyone moving and changing offices their adaptability was especially impressive during those chaotic moments. They took every request and made it work, especially for me who wanted my phone on the other side of the room. They found me a long gable and made it work! They consistently went the extra mile, willingly assisting with every request. Notably, their problem-solving skills and efficient work pace ensured the timely completion of the project without sacrificing quality. They might have been men of many words, but their attention to detail and kindness were super loud and appreciated! Thank you again, guys!
