As someone who normally builds all my PC's I had a great experience with VRLA Tech as my first Pre-built PC buying experience. The PC arrived packaged very well and even came with a quick start guide if you're new to PCs. All the bios settings and memory profiles were pre setup for the highest performance as well.

From order time to delivery it was about 3 weeks wait time which considering my build having the very in demand RX 9000 series GPU a little more lead time makes sense.

I had no issues getting in touch with them via Email or Call, and Alexandria(I think that was the ladies name) was very helpful on the phone and was even able to alter my order for a White GPU instead of all black.

I probably won't be in the market for another build for several years but when that time comes again I know where to go. My 1080 ti can finally rest. 😂

I would leave a 5 star review but there was only one downfall on my order. Everything on my PC works great, it looks good and you can tell they took precautions to help protect in shipping but the only problem I had was the customer service. I was told my PC would ship out in 10-14 business days and it took almost 2 months before I got mine. Which granted this company is based out of LA and at that time they were experiencing wildfires and other issues. Which the wait isn’t what I’m complaining about I understand the hardships and how delays can happen my only issue was the customer service when contacting about my order. It would sometime take multiple emails to get a response and even then I never really could get a definitive update on when my order may ship and what was going on with my build.

Took my computer in for a CPU cooler and case fan upgrade. Had David as my technician working on my PC. He did pretty well, definitely knowledgeable on computers, and he didn't take all day like I was quoted by other shops. In and out with my PC in 2 hours. I even tipped the guy $20 for doing a great job. Everybody here is nice and friendly. Hell, they even have a pool table if you're into that. I will definitely come back when it comes to buying a whole new rig.

What can I say ? VRLA TECH is where I got my first pc and I love it ! From the customer service all the way to receiving my pc. I haven’t had any issues but I know if I do I can take it to VRLA tech. I was able to get my pc within 7 weeks of ordering (ordered 01/8/21, received 02/24/21).I picked it up from them directly at their business location in Canoga Park. I got the titan build with all the upgrades ( even upgraded the 3070 to a 3080😎)

I needed a powerful workstation at the office. I needed it fast and I found VRLA Tech that delivered fast and was much cheaper than others. Their customer service was great, they spend a lot of time helping me pick out my specs and it is exactly what I needed. I am so impressed. The best 12k I ever spent! Now if only they had a referral program because I’ve already referred too many of my colleagues. Thanks VRLA Tech, you know I’ll be back soon.

I bought the Aurora on black Friday and although it took months to get it, its entirely worth it. I am in love with my PC and this company now. Their service is amazing and the prices are spectacular compared to other companies. And I think that wait is worth it considering they'll usually give you free upgrades for your wait! Their staff is friendly and they were even willing to send me extra zip ties so I could clean up my set up! ❤🖥🖱Written over a month after getting it and I've had no issues that a restart didn't fix, and I continue to be shocked by what this thing was capable of. ❤

The PC is good that I purchased but during December 2023, I contacted them about returning my PC to be fixed. I was also extremely busy, I admit they did send me one but that time passed. I soon emailed them multiple times around January and asked for another shipping label, no response… I asked and emailed 3-4 times and then I decided to contact their LIVE Service. They said they’d email me a shipping label, waiting a day, nothing.

The first time I sent it back was fairly good but later, they started dimming down support I feel. I said that my fans were making a buzzing sound and then I can physically hear the pump (like a gulp sound), sent it out and got my PC back. Same problems persisting.

Even before this mess, my PC was weird and I wanted an upgrade to some parts, (cooler, case and change my STRIMS to V2.) they said OK to that but never ended up responding to me.

EDIT: Well, they contacted me back. They seem honest and were willing to compensate for the issue with the upgrades since it was a year without any response. So far I turned my PC in and it’s getting stress tested and upgraded. Now I’m not sure if it’ll cost anything but due to such circumstances? There’s and chance, and I’m grateful and will show gratitude.

So I changed the stars from 2 to 4.
