I have been a user for years with our Restoration and Janitorial companies. I use the enterprise version. It does almost everything I need it to do. My guys clock in and out using the mobile app and I generate Payroll from it. We are an 80 person company in CT - so it can handle the volume. We live in the product to manage our business. We just started a new business and will be using KickServ to run it as well.

System always gives us issues. As a small family-owned pest control company we can NOT afford to loose customers so when a customer's sequence is suddenly deleted that hurts us as a business. Also I thought they fixed the issue with duplicates when jobs are moved to a different date. This is ridiculous!!!!!! why is this happening again!?!!?!?!?! it feels like such a waste of time having to go deleting the duplicates one by one

Haven't paid a dollar and the service tech answered my phone call right away and patiently talked me through several questions regarding the nuances of the service and how it would work for us. I appreciate the openness in discussing problem areas where the service might not work well for us. While shopping around I have felt pressured to close the deal with other providers, but left this conversation without any pressure to handwave issues or cover up concerns. If the product works for us, great! If it doesn't, we can part knowing I was given all the information to make an informed decision up front, not finding issues after the fact.

Our experience with the support staff was great! The service itself appears straightforward and low-cost, but we haven't used it enough to speak on the product directly.

Top notch support, full featured software built in tiers so you can build your business with it. I've never had a call where they are sticking their hand in my pocket for new products like Intuit seems to like to do. If you need support, it may take a minute to get to you, but they will and they will help. Usually it's something that you didn't know where to find it Syncs with Quickbooks both ways with rules and works very well if you play by the rules. F Jobber, F The Customer Factor, F Housecall Pro. Just do yourself a solid right from the start and get this.
