Personable, knowledgeable, honest. Who needs a Genius Bar, when you can get quality one-on-one time with a genius. Tony is a delight and he really knows his stuff. I am a repeat customer. Digitcomp is my first stop for all-thing Mac, and at reasonable prices. Great place for reconditioned Macs too. For years I worked for large companies with great in-house IT teams, and became accustomed to quality personalized attention when I needed it. Nowadays my gig is remote, work-from-home and I do not have that luxury. Lucky for me Tony at Digicomp LA is not too far away. I cannot recommend more highly.

The hinge on my laptop broke and Tony was able to fix it very promptly, and now it as good as new. He is very fair with his price, extremely nice, and just wants to make sure you are happy leaving his shop. If you have a laptop or phone screen repair, need your hard drive fixed, or data recovered, go see Tony. This guy will take care of you way better than Geek Squad.

I was very satisfied going to Digicomp for a very competitive deal on a MacBook Pro. David is honest and helpful and will do anything to help you with your new computer. I asked several questions about my new purchase and he was very patient with me. I didn’t expect such a professional experience here but I am glad I met David as he is my new computer go-to guy. This place beats the Apple store in terms of actual one-on-one service and that to me, is priceless.

Simply could not have had a better experience, anywhere. I'm fairly certain of this. I was in a bind: I had a physically broken drive that I needed repaired or replaced ASAP, as it contained all of my computer's data. Spoke with David on the phone. He was extremely kind and reassuring. Got to the store and spoke with Daniel - David's son, and incredibly knowledgeable - about my options, and he managed to retrieve the data from my drive despite its condition. We spoke for a while, he sold me on a new drive (for the same price as it appears on Amazon, MINUS shipping, I might add!) and told me to come back that night or the next day to retrieve the cloned drive. Both Daniel and David stayed AFTER hours that night in order to complete my data transfer (900Gigs of data). Literally unwarranted kindness. The fee for the data transfer was $75, a price which was about a quarter of what I was expecting to pay.

TL;DR If you're looking for computer advice, to build a new system, repairs or anything computer related, go here *first*. 10/10 service, great conversation and an enthusiastic willingness to kindly help the customer even when it's not the most convenient for them.

Great experience with Digicomp. They are a family-owned store and what a difference! Just purchased a slightly used Macbook Pro 15" for one of our business partners at a very competitive price and the transaction was straight-forward and personal. Daniel was really cool to deal with and I enjoyed my experience to the point where I will shop here before going on eBay which says a lot because that's my primary source of Apple products for our home.

Would highly recommend. I'll update if needed once it gets some use.
