Robertson, our sales rep, refused to respond to order problems, that he created, for months. Even now we have outstanding orders unresolved.

Perhaps if they were as concerned about their customer service as they were about their reviews, we wouldn’t where we are now.

Edit: to this day, we still are missing a reimbursement for 3 pair of shoes that were “unavailable”. Bob Martin now refuses to contact me. Modern Imaging Solutions is withholding funds from a US military unit. Do NOT do business with these people.

If I message Desmer he is quick to reply, and every time I've ordered from them I have my products in a couple of days or less. I highly recommend Modern Imaging Solutions Inc.!
