We cannot say enough about how much our realtor at Ridge, Jessica, did to help us find the right property, connect us with financing, see us through a protracted loan approval process, maintain good communication with the seller, and just generally support and advise us at every step. We had a great experience with Steve and Jessica, both selling our house and buying our new home. They were extremely helpful with recommending pricing based on our somewhat unique neighborhood and helped us negotiate a contract that suited us well, both on price and timing. They were extremely communicative through the entire process and kept us calm when we got frustrated with issues that cropped up, as they always do. They also were able to recommend contractors who were able to help us quickly take care of the few repair and refresh needs we had to prep our home for sale and ready our new home for move in. I would highly recommend the Ridge team!
