I had the honor of meeting Casey Tate-Lee today. She stopped by my office to offer Datamax services. We are a very small company and they still had services that would serve us well and at a great price.

I have worked with Datamax in the past and I loved their customer service. You won’t get forgotten about after the sale. Casey was amazing & very knowledgeable about the services they can provide. I would 100% recommend them to any company, big or small!!

Emily and the Datamax crew were helpful and professional. The customer service has been great. I would like to commend on of your Account Manager, CaseyTate-Lee. Last week I was getting my prescriptions filled at The Medicine Shoppe, in NLR on JFK. She introduced herself to the Pharmacy Owner and explained the services you all provide. She was so pleasant and when the Owner told her she already has a company she works with, Casey immediately asked when the current contract is over, for an opportunity to come back and talk to her about Datamax services. She displayed great customer service and poise. She represents you all well!

We have our second lease contract for our office copier with DataMax. The other copier served us very well and was serviced in a timely manner. We were just ready for a smaller copier after renewing the previous lease once or twice. I, also, appreciate that they keep track of when we will need a new cartridge. They bill us monthly for the copies used at a very reasonable rate. Thank you, DataMax! Great company!

Fantastic Customer Service! We had a printer issue and I called it in. I expected the tech the next day, but he showed up just after lunch. He was very attentive listening to the issue and got to work immediately. He fixed the issue in about 45 minutes and actually took the time to draw up instructions on a sheet of paper if something similar happened again. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Very polite and thoughtful. Would recommend to everyone.

Datamax is the best service provider we have ever worked with. We had issues with our copier, and they were out within 24 hours, fixed our problem, and helped with a few other small issues we were having. They answered all questions and were very kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased with Datamax service.
