I just moved up to the area to help my grandparents with their needs as they are a bit older. What I find absolutely disgusting is that I’ve been out of power since 7:30 am YESTERDAY, and still no power currently at 4am. Also, no call to tell us when things are fixed. Luckily it’s the end of winter. Current temp in house is 44 degrees with candles and flashlights to illuminate our home

Eyewitnesses Sparks and a large explosion coming from the power lines behind my house it's 7:00 on Friday. I know they're closed but I'm trying to report this to them just in case ,I've been trying for an hour, I don't want to bother 911. I don't believe this is very efficient. luckily, I'm an ex firefighter and I put out the small smoldering ashes.

I believe North Korea has a more stable power grid than Navopache Electric. At home I am serviced by APS. Almost zero issues in 11 years. Just down the road at my office I'm serviced by Navopache Electric. Constant power outages, power surges, power flickers on and off. Thinking about having a line installed from Mexico, even they seem to have a more stable grid than this outfit. What a joke!!! 11 years here and nothing has changed. I decided I'm going to edit this post every time we have an outage with the date of the outage. 9/12/22 Power blitzed on and off. 10/5/22 power blitzed on and off. 11/25/22 outage. At least 4 more between 11/25 and 3/1. Another outage for no reason 8/16/23. So many I can't even keep track. Last outages cost me thousands in fried computer equipment. 2 outages in one day on 11/7/23. One lasted over an hour before power was restored. Another outage over the weekend for no apparent reason 5/13/24. 2 more outages over the 4th of July weekend, 2024 for no reason. Power outage over the labor day weekend 9/2/24. Oh thank you so much for another power outage 0n 2/21/25. Oh what would I do without all my computers going down to start a Friday? Please APS take over this terrible company.

If I could leave no stars I would. I was excited about switching from APS. I thought this was a good switch. I was sadly mistaken. Applied for services at the house me and my husband just bought and was told I had 30 days to pay the deposit and I’d be great. Planning on doing it Friday when we got paid. Nope, got the call today that if it’s not paid by the end of the hour they’ll be shutting it off at the request of the person on the account previously because “they’re still responsible”. I can’t blame them for wanting it out of their name but it’s ridiculous I was told I was fine for 30 days only to be called and threatened. I told the member care specialist that I had to wait til Friday and her response to that was “Do you have someone you can borrow money from?”. How absolutely disgusting, can’t wait to sell this house already and go back to APS.

I’ve had Navapache electric since August 2023. They’re alright. No issues with outages like some complain, but I will say just like APS I am so sick and tired of “PEAK” periods/hours. I know this isn’t a new thing but doubling the wattage per kilowatt hour is obsurd. My electric bill during December was close to $300.00. That’s with keeping my heat at 67 and only using LED Christmas lights. I didn’t even run them for more than four hours at a time. I just think this ridiculous especially in this economy where everything continues to get more expensive and peoples wages remain the same. Do better and change your peak hours!!

save your money for your hook up deposit , had account for over forty years, changing to another family member . they want 100 bucks deposit. plus another 55 for reconnect fee, when home is already hooked up to service. what a ripoff..

By far the best customer support I've experienced in ANY service provided. Not to be specific on the issue, but had a personal hardship. Took sometime getting back up and running. The employees in customer support as well as the local office staff here in Lakeside, Az have been amazing. Literally made it possible to keep my kids warm thru winter and kept me in needed proper parent status. Don't write reviews often. Only when it's earned or deserved. This one 110% was both of those.

I’ve lived in this area since 2017 and I have never seen so many “random” outages as I have on this mountain. It’s mind blowing that we are this technology advanced and can’t figure out how to stop random power outages for no reason.
