Review from a truck shop owner:

Honestly would not recommend Fullbay to anyone. I’m not someone to leave negative comments but this program has been nothing but a setback in our business.

Integration to Quickbooks is an absolute joke. If you like spending your nights ironing out the accounting discrepancies this program is for you.

You can only add users to your subscription on your account, not take them away. So if you loose a tech or have to downsize you are stuck paying for those empty spots for the rest of the year.

Completing an invoice takes twice as long as other programs out there which results in lost revenue.

Customer service is also terrible. We have since switched to another program - Shopview - and have been extremely impressed with their whole program and the level of customer service you receive. Meanwhile we have been waiting 2 months for a Fullbay manager to contact us to talk about the issues we have had with their program.

Many times I have called Fullbay and it’s not hard to tell the person on the other line has never held a wrench. Shop around and don’t let the bells and whistles fool you - there are far better programs out there.

Fullbay has made things easier and run a whole lot smoother. We, along with our customers, are able to track PM's, and know exactly how much, where, and when we sold something. In addition to tracking PMs, the customer portal also accepts payments, and shows the customers their past and present invoices. In the shop, our guys are able to request and upload parts onto a ticket, clock in and out, etc. Let Fullbay be your one stop shop. You'll be glad you did!

I have been using Fullbay for over 2 years now and although it is not perfect it is way better than all the other systems I have used in the past. The inventory control has saved me headaches. I can easily track the history of my parts and know what's moving and what isn't. I can tell if I have a part in-stock in a matter of a few key punches. They are continuing work to improve as well. I recommend it to anyone who runs a shop

SCAM! Save yourself a headache and get a different software. I have worked in software for years and have never experience this level of deception and bull crap. Worst experience ever. First the salesman lied to us and tacked on a bunch of add ons and lied about the price. Then, I called to make sure I wouldn't be charged for them and that they would shut off the add ons. I was told they would absolutely shut them off. They failed to shut them off and charged me over $700 a month instead of the $300 agreed upon. I demanded a refund and was told I could only get a credit and that I can't cancel for another 6 months. We are out $1800 at this point and they have refused to take accountability. We are posting in all our groups and notifying anyone we can so no one else is scammed like we were.

Extremely helpful support staff, always available when problems arise. Very seamless transition and the amount of shop, customer, inventory, vendor, and technician customization is very impressive. Expanding to multiple locations was very easy as well. I would definitely recommend this company for new or established companies of any size.

This is a fully honest review; I will also explain my short comings also. I signed up for FullBay, got started, went through integrations, which was really awesome, everyone was super helpful, I had some promos on my trial subscription, which they tell you about and let you know you need to cancel them before the trial is up. the thing they neglect to tell you is when your trail is up unless you ask them, and they do not send out any reminders either. I went past my date and got a charge for well over $600, I am a single person managed small business and do not have that type of capital to throw away for a program that I don't use. I emailed immediately and tried to resolve the issue, they were able to cancel the subscription, but denied any refund, even though I hadn't used the service. I like their system, and I like how it works for the most part. But I will not be recommending this to anyone due to their inability to understand and work with people due to their own company policy. The charge was $667.00 and I was only supposed to be paying right under $240.
