I love that they are a local company and can be reached quickly whenever a question or rare issue arises. Just between you and me, NHTC and I come to the conclusion that they've usually been on my wireless router's end 😉

My wife and I just purchased a home and moved to Owens Cross Roads and someone suggested this company for fiber internet. It’s absolutely awesome! Super fast, no lag, always up! They were quick to come out to our home and complete the installation and the tech was very friendly and professional, answering all my questions and ensuring that we had the modem placed exactly where we needed. Over the phone customer service is excellent!! People are genuinely happy to help you get all setup and answer any questions you may have. It’s a pleasure to be to call and get a live person to speak to immediately and not have to wait and go through a bunch of hoops to get someone. Overall, if you are considering this company I can tell you that you won’t have any regrets.

Moved into our new house and had arranged for Google Fiber to be installed the day we moved in because that was all the info I could find online that was available in our area. We had service for a day and a half before the construction on the street cut the line (we didn't know this until much later). We were without internet for 5 days. I called NHTC and asked how soon we could get someone out if we switched and they sent someone over within 2 hours on a friday afternoon (luckily they had a cancellation). But I was able to talk to a person when I called and everyone from the company was so nice and friendly!!! They told us they bury their lines 5 ft under so construction would never effect them and if it did they respond and restore your service in 2 hours rather than 5 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Start with them first!
