We were transferred to this company when our previous website host went out of business. Everything was fine until we realized we weren't getting the same deal as before. So we opted to pay for a few months of hosting until we could research other options. We were to have service until the end of May 2016 with the agreement and payment we had made with them. In April, we received a threatening call that if we didn't pay the remainder by that Friday (in April), that our website would be suspended until we did. We argued about the fact that I had paid until the end of May, but assured her, that with the attitude she had, we would certainly find another provider. Here it is, the first week of May, and our website is suspended AGAIN. I've called two days in a row now, both times telling me that they couldn't do anything right now, one day telling me that the person who deals with account billing wasn't in, then the next telling me a tech wasn't available (but she would turn in a ticket and it would be handled when they could get to it). Unacceptable customer service. I'm stuck with no email or website now, can't invoice, and customers can't book online for our services. So, what else am I to do, but find every social media outlet I can find to give them a review.
