Do not use this service, it is horribly buggy and the tech support is literally just a forum that clueless support employees respond to your request when they have time, you will wait hours to days for a response. Most of the time they will pursue some issue that is not the problem you are having, just so they can send canned solutions. They're go to is they will "clone your form and everything is working fine" clearly the test system they are using is much less buggy than the one we all have access to.

Currently I am unable to use my forms because they stopped working without any changes, after having many exchanges with tech support over the course of a few days, they sent my issue to their developers with a message saying "we have no timeline about when we will get back to you" I asked for a full refund as a paid over $1250 dollars for this service a couple months ago and they told me to wait longer. Meanwhile I am not able to accept new users for my business because the forms do not work.

It really is shocking how they can offer a software based service like this but can't even fix the problems of the software they literally developed.

if I could give minus 5 stars I would. they provide no customer service other than ridiculous AI bots who can do nothing and resolve nothing. I was charged $1188 mistakenly and could not get the charge removed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I currently use jotform for my tax business, I use their intake form and a few others. I love it! It was super easy to get stared and follow I also love the pricing and think it fits my needs perfectly. Would recommend 10 out of 10!

I am currently using this online survey tool for company (Lowes) as there are some free options and this tool has many more options than that of Microsoft Surveys. The best option is the ability to give additional options under each question (Microsoft Forms only has generic options that didn't work for what we were looking for).

They immediately refunded my annual fee when it was charged and I hadn't been using the forms for many months.

I tried it for a bit, loved the forms, ease of creating, presentation of information, integration into my website, and everything really. But soon after I signed up, didn't need them, and I didn't realize I had auto renew on annually.

They didn't HAVE to refund the $400 plus dollars, but they did immediately.

Do NOT USE this service. They bill auto and then don't respond to cancel it and don't give refunds. I have been dealing with them for over 8 months to no avail.
