Bad sales experience today.
I signed up for a demo today around 12noon and accepted the meeting invitation generated. Sadly, Ayramee from the inside sales team emailed me at 8:41 am and then within minutes had already canceled the meeting before understanding much about my business needs. This is an example of a missed opportunity and a bad reflection on the company culture. My business is a thriving brokerage with large contract volume, yet, the sales person didn't even properly qualify me. My intuition is that the sales person was just too lazy to take the meeting during lunch because I sent an email response to their inquiry but Ayramee never bothered to acknowledge my email clarifying my need which align with the services this company offers. It's situations like this will turn off a customer. A company that treats new prospective customers like this is not worthy of having my business. There are other comparable companies out in the marketplace that will offer great customers service and a reliable platform. Evisort your customer service is subpar. You can and should DO BETTER. This can't be the type of poor experience you want to leave with prospects.
