Great experience working for Mercor. I worked remotely from the UK and the best part was I could work asyncronously anytime from anywhere.

Given that I worked in a very large team the communication was good, team members always willing to help each other and give constructive reviews and support. Team leader was fantastic, so were the other Senior members.

Payment was always on time, time keeping system was good too, though it could be improved given people work in different time zones.
