This review is about the scamming services of Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service from Lebec, CA. Our semi truck broke down 3 miles away from their facility and a mechanic showed up in 90 minutes to fix a simple coolant line with a piece of silicone hose and few gallons of coolant. But then we received the bill for $1949.85 which was outrageous for such an easy job! When we called the office looking for an explanation, the lady with an attitude started screaming at us and threatening us that she will send a tow truck if we don't pay the bill. We tried to calm her down but she just kept on going until she eventually hung up on us. To top it all off, our driver was blocked by their mechanic truck while trying to get an explanation regarding the bill! We would strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this company as it appears they overcharge customers and have no intention of providing any reasonable customer service. Their mechanic arrived late and once he finished fixing our problem, he didn't even bother to check if everything was ok before leaving us with such an exuberant bill. Furthermore, the personnel at their office are downright rude and unhelpful when questioned about their services or fees. Avoid this place like the plague!

Lee the dispatcher and Brandon the driver were great. I owe them big. These two people actually care about others. I am a nurse, so customer satisfaction is important to me, and they delivered. Called AAA at 10pm, told I would have Edmonds towing at 1115. Then it became 1230am. Then nobody came or even cared. Just left us hanging on the side of the road with a blown tire. So I took it upon myself to start calling around at 430am about ready to have a panic attack. Lee said they work with aaa but never received a call ALL NIGHT.. so she gives me their station # and I had to call aaa to have them send her the call. She had poor Brandon up and out of bedat 5am and he was there fast. He loaded my jeep jk up very safe and professional and is a good guy. Im sorry others have had bad experiences. Stay on the ball panorama and get those 5 stars! Thanks again for me and my family!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service from Lebec, CA. From the moment I called to inquire about their services, it was obvious that the customer service was not a priority for them in any way whatsoever. The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was rude and condescending right away and threatened us if we didn't pay $1949.85 for a simple hose and coolant line job, complete with labor charges at an outrageous rate. We asked to speak to someone more reasonable but were told they were not available. When our semi truck broke down 3 miles away from the facility, we were stuck waiting over an hour and a half before the mechanic finally showed up and did the repairs in just 25 minutes - all while charging us an astronomical fee. As if that weren't enough, when we tried to leave, they had blocked us in with their own truck.

It is clear that this company has no regard for customer service or fair business practices as evidenced by my experience with them as well as several other stories I have heard about this company. Save yourself the time and money – stay far away from Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service! I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs due to their extremely poor customer service and unreasonable prices for even simple maintenance jobs. They are not worth your time or money and would be wise to look elsewhere for vehicle repair services.

100$ a day and closed on the weekends and still charge my car was there for 2 days and want to charge me 1,000$ to take it out and on top of that it’s an old Honda worth less than that total rip off they can keep it.

These people are no better than thieves. Charged over $800 for storing my RV that they towed for literally two days of storage. In addition they refused reasonable explanation for their towing and storage services. Do NOT use this company.

Called at 6am was told 90 minutes. 6 hours later after they were lying saying mechanic was stuck in traffic the mechanic called and said hey I'm done with my other job after 6 hours and said I'm 90 minutes away do you want me to still come. Wow crazy

What a joke . I got a flat tire. I was 3.3 miles away from there shop. Got quoted $350 for them to come out and remove the flat tire from the rim and install a spare tire I was carrying back on the rim. So I asked , if I make it to there shop how much would it be. She said $350.
I asked if she can break down the charges. She said it’s $350 regardless weather I go to them or they come out to me. I It’s $175 for the road service and a 2 hr minimum at $175 an hour. I understand if your quoting a semi truck, but on a GMC Sierra 2500HD pick up?

I broke down With a trailer issue 2.8 miles south of Lebec and called for a tow. They told me 45 mins for arrival which took hours. Then by 2:30 am I arrived to flying J but still needed repairs done in the morning. For two tires and a trailer part. I purchased the parts my self so they would be ready for the driver. Called at 9:30am and ended up leaving at 4pm. I called the shop and the girl that answered was extremely rude and told me it’s taking so long because I purchased the parts myself? So basically because I made a smart decision and tried to speed up the process, they milked 6 hours and told me I should have had them get the parts. The total time this all took is completely impossible. If I were to be able to watch the gps tracking of the driver it would be a complete joke! Even if you break down at there driveway call someone hours away. It’ll be cheaper...tow truck drivers were good guys though and friendly that’s about it.
