Guys this place is so amazing! The staff is super friendly they even offer coconut water!
I did not believe when I was told to try cryotherapy for my back pain, that it helps with pain relief and boosts energy, so I decided to try for myself.
Guys after cryo I felt so amazing I was ready to run a marathon (before it was difficult to even walk)
I also enjoyed the red light therapy! It is so relaxing I fell asleep in the pod 🙈
The thing that was my favorite though is your own private sauna room where you can leave your belongings so you can do the rest of the procedures like compression therapy, my feet felt amazing after compression because I’m on my feet all day and this took the pressure off and inflammation!
I recommend this to everyone. If you want to be treated like a queen/king this is the place you should go!!

Had a truly amazing experience at Arctic Elevation! Paul and Tanya greeted me with welcoming smiles and made me feel very comfortable for my first experience. Yelena at the front offered me coconut water and talked me through all the services.

I'm no stranger to saunas and cold plunges at the gym but the compression therapy, light therapy, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy services really bring "elevated" to wellness. I'm very excited for their IV drip services as well.

Yelena took me through every step of the process. I was especially grateful for her recommending some tips to best enjoy my cryotherapy experience. I was given the privacy of a sauna room to set my things down and then was able to move from service to service. Each room was clean and so relaxing! Truly a fantastic experience for anyone.

This is such a great place for anyone trying to step up their wellness journey. My husband got a monthly membership while he was training for his marathon and it absolutely helped his recovery time. I was so grateful to have it when I threw out my back and went in for a little “spa day” of red light therapy, some drip IVs and compression and then cryotherapy. My back was instantly 50% better and I will be going back to continue the healing. The staff is incredible and friendly and very knowledgeable about the treatments and benefits. This place is amazing!!! I tried Cryotherapy, just 3 minutes in, and it takes all the swelling away and makes me energetic for the rest of the day. I also used red light for muscle soreness after my workout, and in couple of hours I felt way less muscle pain. Lastly, I got to relax and unwind in the infrared light sauna, and felt all my stress melt away. Totally worth trying it especially for someone who has stress, anxiety or any kind of body pains and swelling! My experience was heavenly!
