This has been the scariest and most horrible experience. I came here to wean off of a medication I have been on for 23 yrs. I was on 3 mg, weaned down to 1 mg and 1.5 every other day. I have a long history of bad reactions to antidepressants. My provider just decreased my dosage significantly without providing an antidepressant and allowing it to take effect. This caused me debilitating anxiety and she simply did not care. I asked to be placed with a Psychiatrist who had a great amount of knowledge weaning off medications. Instead I was put with a nurse practitioner, who I do not believe is trained in this type of care. I have begged her to work with me as her weaning me down so quickly was debilitating and I was on the verge of losing my job. She absolutely did not care. I just have to deal with it. Zero compassion or understanding. No plan put in place, horrible communication. I asked to speak with an office manager and get a new provider. I have not been able to speak to an office manager and intake was trying to send me to Cincinatti which is over 3 hours away when there is an office 15 minutes from my house.
They may be good at other things, however my experience has been horrible and extremely dangerous. I would not recommend going here if you are truly trying to get better. This place turned my world upside down and for no reason at all other than an egotistical provider who foes not care about patient safety and wants control over you and your life. Absolutely disgusting.
** Then you reply asking me to send an email after I spent from 9 am this morning until 5 pm today calling without any resolution. I messaged the provider who change the prescription three times with the pharmacy. They have no idea what she is doing or why she is doing it she sent in a prescription for an even lower does, then 9 pills telling me to increase my dose but put on there that it can bot be filled until the 22nd. Wrote it incorrectly and I can't get anything filled. So please enlighten me on how emailing you will resolve anything. Hire professionals who can do math and actually care for patients.

I scheduled an in-person appointment and waited for it for many days, only to receive a call on the day of the appointment informing me that the in-person visit wasn’t supposed to be happen and no one thought it was necessary to notify me in advance. Now I’m being told I can wait more weeks if I want to get help. During wait time I kept receiving emails with reminders about the in-person visit and its address. Nobody just cared about it.
Asked for day off at work for this and lost money because of it as well.
