After all is said & done, ECLIPSE has saved my practice far more money than we spend on it. I look at colleagues who equate high prices to better software & just laugh. We use ECLIPSE for billing, SOAP/EHR, scheduling, document storage, creating & running custom payer forms, patient contact, etc. It basically runs the entire practice & has certainly saved money on staff. Downtime is non-existent; staff members have never had difficulty learning or using it. The software has been around since 1985, yet still routinely gets facelifts & new features that keep it looking like a brand new product -- rather than a clunker. At this point, there are offices that have gone from "new practice" to retirement with it -- even as we look at all the new toys that come along. What else can I say? The software & support are rock solid.

Had software for 2 years. Had problems on and off for 2 years. Software on secondary computer crashes constantly. Help desk unable to help with patient input problems-- always checking with supervisor and still not clearing up problem. Never calls back when the tech support states that they will.
