Had an amazing experience buying a high end turntable from Sky Fi Audio recently. Due to the nature of the product sale and the trade in units I have - the overall transaction took around 3 months. During that time I had professional regular communication from the owners and techs involved in the sale. Everything was shipped in amazing packaging. I have ZERO complaints. They have WON a customer for life in me. I have since bought a couple of pieces unrelated to my original purchase. I cant reccomend these guys enough. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

It’s my first time I purchased gears from SkyFi Audio and boy it is the first time I have seen items boxed up like this. It was doubled boxed with brand new boxes. I have purchased used items from other credible stores but have never seen anything boxed like this way. My used items came with original boxes but the dealer’s professional touch made it looked like I was purchasing new items!! Oh, the items I received exceeded my expectations. They were everything as the store described and better!! Highly recommended!!

What a wonderful experience working with Fernando and his team. Fernando recently sourced and professionally calibrated a beautiful turntable and cartridge setup for my 2 channel room. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the considerations for the best cartridge for my tonearm while staying under my budget. Fernando was always super responsive to my emails and always picked up the phone. Beyond the customer service I received, the turntable was professionally calibrated to the 10th degree and shipped to me like a tank. It arrived in 1 business day and was packaged perfectly with all the explicit instructions on the last steps needed to setup in my home. I originally sought out Fernando based on prior reviews and my experience was exactly what I hoped for.

Had nothing but a great experience with Fernando and his team, they all were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I opted for a 3hr drive to purchase some equipment from these guys in person (vs buying from an online only retailer) and they made it well worth my time. They not only calibrated my 40 year old Technics 1200MK2 on site, but also gave me a great deal. Overall a premium experience. A+
