Ron was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was right on time with Great Communication . He altered his treatment plan when we unexpectedly received a snowstorm the morning of the treatment. We love horizon pest control & we think Tim is the best! I always hope they send him because he’s so friendly and knowledgeable. He doesn’t mind questions & takes the time to explain everything! Very thankful that Horizon was able to schedule Michael to come out same day to do an inspection of my problem. He was very kind, understanding, and professional in his interactions with me given that I was quite upset about having flying termites and experiencing a swarm in my new home.
