Incompetent installers and curt office staff. Made adjustments to my system last fall (cost almost $800), used wrong head and ruined the lawn covered by that head, also added a new head for a different part of the lawn but added it to the zone that waters the shrub. Called after a few weeks when I noticed those parts of the lawn covered by those heads were dying and was told too late in the season to make repair and will correct the problems during spring start up. They just came to do start up and charged me for “correcting their mistakes” and when I called to question the charge they blamed me for relying last fall on the installers’ “expertise” on what zone to add the head and what head to use. I am not an expert in sprinkler system, of course I have to rely on the installers’ expertise! They just lost a repeat customer!

Excellent service. Highly recommend them. We were having furniture delivered the same day, Jose was very accommodating. He just had the water turned on, then went to another customer. After the furniture was delivered he came back and fixed a sprinkler issue, and ensured that everything was in working order. The price was also very reasonable.

My irrigation system had a leak. A technician told me I needed to install a master valve to remediate the issue. He provided a written estimate, and kindly did not charge for a service visit. I scheduled the work. When a technician came, we spoke about the work and I then went inside to let him do his thing. Later on, he rings my doorbell and says the work is done, however the estimate was wrong, so it was actually 50% more expensive, and I should call the office. I couldn't fathom why he didn't tell me BEFORE he did the work. I called the office, and they were very rude (the person ultimately apologized and said many customers had been complaining about invoices and trying to avoid paying). However, they told me I could either pay the bill, or they'll refund me and uninstall everything they did. The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional; even if it was a simple mistake rather than a shady business practice, I'm shocked they didn't take accountability and handled it so poorly.

I hired Dan and his team for installing sprinklers , he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and was reasonably priced. They came out on the agreed date and did a good job the first time around. There were some differences from the original contract so I had a chat with Dan about it who assured to address it. Unlike most others who would not keep their word, Dan got his team back to address my concerns and then took the balance payment. I have never worked with a more professional contractor!
