Your company sucks. So now after 20 emails swearing at the idiots there. Try to get my wink hub 2 connected. 25x so expect a letter or a call from the AG and I am calling the news.😆 you’re customer service blocked me😆doesn’t matter. I’m putting your address & the other wink address in NYC.

I have used Wink since they first came out. I upgraded to a Wink 2 and haven't regretted it! The Wink Hub is the best all in one hub on the market. Recently I had a problem with one of my devices and they did a great job supporting the products. Thank you to your team and I can't wait for the next innovative product you guys come up with!!

I have had the Wink hub for almost one year. After six months my Honeywell Thermostat would not link to the Wink Hub. I contacted Wink support in August of 2019 and after 66 email exchanges Wink was not able to give me resolution to my issue. I would not buy again

Bait and Switch company- Makes you pay for expensive hardware claiming it is FREE to use, then change/charge Subscription Fee to use- BYE WINK! Switching to Samsung Smart Things, Less Expensive Hardware, No Subscription Fees.

Transitioning long time users to an hastily announced subscription model in the middle of a national economic crisis is a TACKY bait-n-switch.
Offering zero usability for products purchased is disgusting... your app has been terrible for years and you think I'm gonna cave and pay you to use my AC, you are mistaken. We'll be taking our money elsewhere. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

Does the wink hub work anymore? My hub no longer connects to the router. It's always a purple light. Resetting does not work.

Product has gotten worse and worse. Now that they charge a monthly fee (after promising this would never happen), the service is completely out for 3 days!

This is a very neglectful and terrible company. I wish somebody would buy it and make it the company it could be. I will be leaving their service after many years of long outages and poor communication.
