The only thing I know about this company is that they are involved with a hit and run accident and the pictures provided are damning evidence. I will remove my review once I hear about some apologies and monetary compensation to the owner of the vehicle.

This is the Spirit Airlines of carrier services. I Received a call regarding delivery asking if we had a loading dock. Informed them that we didn't, but we always utilized a pallet jack & forklift so it was not needed. Roadtex charged an additional $125 for lift gate service anyway. This was after the shipment had already been booked. We will never use them again.

Waiting for a shipment from this freight company for almost three weeks now. No updates, no communication, promises to deliver with no deliveries. I received a shipment from another freight company that came from the other side of the country much faster and was updated all along. I know all freight companies have issues right now due to COVID, but there are ways to deal with customer expectations, such as being truthful and keeping in touch. Rather, they promise to deliver on a certain date and nothing happens. The person who is supposed to be my "rep" never answers her calls. At this point the delivery, from Illinois to Maine, will be beyond three weeks if I get it at all.

Mr Esmond and Ms Lashawn are head of safety they are very professional and knowledgeable about the trucking industry. Those are the two that you're going to have to go through in order to make it out of orientation and training. This is a felon friendly company and if you need a start and you're looking to really learn about safety and being a good driver in general this is a good startup company right here
