Do not use this company! Save yourself the time and don't send out your devices, do it in person with a reputable company. It has been well over 60 days and we still have not received a check for our phones. Our contact does not respond to emails. The main phone line is non operational.

We are only doing business with ReValue Tech through T-mobile. It is not worth the trade in deal.

Don’t use this company!!!!!
I sent my phone to revalue tech October 2022 and to date have not been paid.
I am owed $290 and they are not responsive.
I don’t normally post anything bad however this is for the sake of the general population.
Avoid sending your phones to them, although tempting due to what they offer, you end up with $0

Company is fraudulent. I contractually agreed to sell used phones to Revalue for approximately $500. Company said it would take 6 weeks for the check to arrive. Several threats and 5 months later I received a check for a fraction of the agreed upon amount. This company lacks integrity. Do not do business with them.
